Our mood is a reflection of what is going on in our environment at that point in time, or possibly linked to events that have occurred a long time ago.
It is also linked to how our physiology is functioning and the signals that are moving from our brain to our gut to our endocrine system. Rather than take a fatalistic view on mood or be reliant on long term pharmacology, we look again at root cause analysis with a view to finding the gaps in the systems and restoring them. This we find helps support the mood improving, as well as staying resiliently better.
