I have been registered as a member with this Practice since 2016 and tbh I wouldn't go anywhere else, unless I am being referred to a specialist consultant or require some sort of scans. Otherwise, most things I can get done at the clinic.I have received various types of treatments in the Guildford branch, including PPR, on-going bio-identical hormone, combination of IV treatments, general consultations etc.It's not just about the variation of treatments themselves, which is very extensive and innovative here (miles away from what you would get anywhere else), but it's also about the quality of doctors, the knowledge, how the treatment is performed and the way you are treated. Appointments will take as long as it is required, reception staff is super friendly and so helpful and would do their upmost best to deal with your enquiries/requests. If something does go wrong, which things can when dealing with many third parties, they will get things fixed.The knowledge here, compared to NHS or even most private hospitals it's like comparing day and night.The management is based at the clinic too so if there are issues, they are there for you to help resolve them. They are just Superb!Perhaps, its not one of the cheapest private clinics out there, but it's worth every penny. You get what you pay for and your wellbeing should be a priority above all, especially in this troubled times

I booked a Covid PCR test (that is required for air travel,) which had to be done within 72 hours of departure. The online booking was easy, at a cost of £140, and the test was done using both the mouth and nose swab, which took 5 minutes. The test was result was emailed back to me within 44 hours, and I was able to collect the signed and stamped certificate a day before I was due to depart. I find this approach far more effective than my previous experiences of being condescended to for five minutes!The support staff are also amazing and help create the friendly and welcoming atmosphere you walk into as well as being incredibly well organised!In addition to standard GP service the Mews also collaborates with specialists in other areas including bio HRT and functional medicine which I’ve found to be a huge advantage.I can’t recommend the team enough. With their support I’ve been able to take control of my health, and this has had massive benefits both psychologically as well as physically.
