Alina Tierney is a qualified Nutritionist, with over a decade of experience supporting clients with a range of chronic complex conditions.

Her education and clinical experience equipped her with the skills to help hundreds of people achieve significant improvements in their health and wellbeing. She is proud to say that she has helped many people to progress from functioning at 20-30% to functioning at 70-100%.

Her main areas of expertise are in mould illness, Lyme disease and co-infections, MCAS and histamine intolerance, gut and autoimmune disorders.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Therapy from the University of Westminster after which she joined one of the top private integrative medical practices in the UK gaining considerable experience in managing complex illnesses and seeing first-hand what worked and did not work for many conditions. She then completed a full-time Master of Science Degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences at the University of Reading, after which she joined the London Clinic of Nutrition, one of the top clinics in nutrition in the UK.
